ANATOMICAL TOOLS FOR BREATH & SELF-OBSERVATION

Workshops

Sunday 10:00 – 12:00, WORKSHOP TENT

  • ANATOMICAL TOOLS FOR BREATH & SELF-OBSERVATION

    by Luxifera

Experience a grounded collective somatic workshop that develops anatomical tools for self-observation through guided movement, followed by hands-on breathwork centering breath as an emergent yet witnessed process and as a sculpting force of the body. This welcoming space is perfect for anyone interested in well-being practices and embodied awareness. You'll gain valuable skills for nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness through both individual and partnered explorations.
